What we do
The Mire-Mont Foundation is active in two areas — education and the environment — and in three countries.
Burkina Faso — two linked projects
In Burkina Faso, the Foundation is active in both areas. It supports two closely interconnected projects: the Vocational High School (LPT3AE) in Loumbila and "PROJECT 10%", a brick in the trans-African Great Green Wall. Each benefits from the other.
These projects are managed locally and overseen by the Baobab Association for Education and Sustainable Development (ABD), under Burkinabè law.
Kyrgyzstan — education
In the field of education, the Foundation supports a free educational project (English and IT) for children of a deprived district of Bishkek, run by the local NGO Buchur Development Center.
Togo — education
In the field of education, the Foundation supports, through the Swiss NGO UAT (United With Togo), a primary school in the village of Lavié: a sanitary block and a vegetable garden for the canteen.
